• Door Frame: The door frame in the security doors is nothing but the entire framework which is seen around the door. Some of the components are sill, head and jamb. 

• Rebate: The 65mm deep box jamb rebate has helped in encountering the burglaries. The application of oxy-acetylene flame or electrical arc cutting is some of the formations in this regard. The Deeper box jamb rebate offers greater resistance against attacks like the hydraulic jack attack. 

• Height Adjustment Mechanism: It comes in the fitted form on the door and pivots. The conjugation works for the perfect alignment of security doors. It allows smooth effortless movement on pivots that are arranged in fine-tuning of the door movement in the vertical direction.

• Door Slab: The security doors’ slab is designed with a special monolithic Torch and Drill Resistant layer called the TDR matrix. The perfect bent of the door slab enables the system to offer a tertiary level of resistance to the doors. The Fire resistance in the slab is also a unique pattern. Such a kind is provided by the inspiring double duty barrier material. The double barrier material is offered for making an additional filling to the TDR material. 

• Locking Mechanism: The locking mechanism is equipped with a balanced pressure bolt work. The mechanism helps in balancing the handle operating force. The balance is offered through the conversion of the handle operating force into an equal and opposite balanced force that acts on the lock bolt. This helps in ensuring that forces on the pilot wheel are not transmitted to the lock fixing bolts. 

• Shooting Bolt: This is a 4-gated shooting bolt mechanism. This involves a total of 16 nos., 6 nos. each on the left and right areas. There are two bolts each on top and bottom. The shooting bolts on each side offer extra burglar resistance to the doors we design. 

• Dual Control Locks: These locks offer high precision, non-penetrable dual control locks that are an eminent part of the security doors. These locks are featured with the brass body, levers made of brass, and phosphor bronze springs. The stainless-steel keys have made the lock operations a smooth and effortless operation. Besides, one 4-wheel combination lock of 100 million combinations is also provided as a standard feature. 

• Automatic Deadlocking Device - 2 no’s: The dual deadlocking devices exhibit sophisticated and sensitive characteristics. These highly sensitive deadlocking devices are designed to protect these locks against explosives, acid and other attacks over tools through the keyhole. These bring themselves into quickened action whenever a dislodging attempt is made. 

• Grille Gate: This part of the security doors is fitted with a high precision 8 lever all brass dual control lock that is operable from both sides. These gates are opened by 180 degrees thereby allowing free use of the inside space.
