Air conditioning is the scientific process of reducing the temperature of an enclosed room. Usually, evaporation happens due to the absorption of air. Similarly, condensation causes the air to cool. This technique is used in air conditioners. You can install the ducted or the split system air conditioning system in your home, office or your warehouse, depending on the area that needs to be cooled.

This process was originally found out by Michael Faraday, who found out that evaporation of liquefied ammonia could make the room cool. But this process was not that successful because these primitive machines were big, very much noisy and released toxic gases like ammonia, propane etc. which were harmful to human health.

Air Conditioning Units

What are the different types of air conditioning machines available in the market?

1) Window AC: This type of AC is attached to the lower end of the window. It has all the necessary components such as compressor, condenser and evaporator in one single unit. Since this machine is small, installation becomes easier.

2) Split AC: There are two units for a split air conditioning unit. One unit is fitted inside the room, which occupies lesser space and the other unit is fitted outside the room. The unit which is fixed inside takes the warm air and the same is let out by the outdoor unit. Both the units are connected together by cables and outlet pipe. The outdoor unit has a compressor in it. You can get different brands of this air conditioning system from online stores also.

3) Tower AC: These ACs are very much similar to split ACs because they also have two units. But they have one difference they need not be fitted to the walls. They are placed on the floors and cool a very wide area. SO they can be used when big rooms are to be made cool.

4) Cassette AC: They are attractive ACs in the shape of cassettes and they can complement any type of home or office décor. Moreover, they need lesser space and cool a very large room. They don't have drain ducts or wiring and don't need any windows for their installation.

Among the four types of ACs, window ACs and Split ACs are commonly used by people in homes and offices.

Air Conditioning

Points to be kept in mind before selecting an air conditioning unit

The first and foremost thing to be kept in mind is to buy an AC during the winter season. This is a wise idea because of the fact that these machines will be relatively cheaper during these months and you can make your best pick.

The next important thing to be considered is the type of AC, that is, a Split AC or window AC to be bought. If a window AC is bought, then make sure that the window is in the centre of the room. This helps the machine to make the whole room cool.

Measurements of the room should be taken properly to ensure that the correct size AC is bought depending upon the size of the room. The capacity and efficiency of the machines should also be taken into consideration.

If the machine has a remote control to be operated from a distance nothing like that. The people will like such machines because they will give double comfort. In addition to reducing the temperature, they will help the people to operate them from a comfortable position as well.

Last but not least it is always advisable to seek the opinion of the neighbours or colleagues before purchasing. Of late, there are lots of websites to help people to select the best machine by giving a detailed account of the features and benefits of these ACs.

There are many factors to consider before you buy an air-conditioning system. You can search from the online portals to get the best ideas of air conditioning machines available in the market.

For heavy duty applications, sliding gate automation is highly recommended. They are also very suitable for industrial gates. They contain certain characteristics which make them very popular among people. Automatic sliding gates are well known for their impeccable finish, easy installation, great maintenance, automated operation and for consuming low power. Following are some of the features of sliding gate automation:

Sliding Gate Automation

How to install the Sliding Gates in a Proper Way?

In order to provide the required thrust and silent operation, these gates are equipped with an adjustable mechanical clutch.

Various irreparable electromechanical units are provided for ensuring that the gate is locked securely. A pass key is also given, which, at the time of electrical failure, provides a release for the manual operation.

Precise adjustment and safety are provided to the electric motor with the help of inbuilt switches present in a scheduled or timed electric system. The electronic control panel accepts safety accessories like optical beam centres, magnetic cards, and other optional controls.

Design and Mechanism Combined to provide Maximum Utility:

A sliding gate generally consists of a single gate. This gate operates on a track along with a ratchet. A narrow and long space is needed for sliding during the closing and opening phase. Sliding gate automation is ideal for providing protection to entrances placed uphill and wide entrances.

The design of the motorization is such that it controls the automatic operation of the gates with the help of the leaves. The weight of the leaves is four thousand kilograms, and they ensure a reliable and long-lasting performance, along with maximum functioning safety.

How does the Sliding Gate Automation Work?

The following provides a list of elements that make up a typical automatic sliding gate:

Radio Controls:

The radio control consists of a transmitter. In order to activate the gate, the control device that is used most commonly is the transmitter. The commands in the control unit are memorized by channels or keys present in the transmitter. These channels or keys are powered with the help of an internal battery. In order to operate, a specific receiver must be combined with the transmitter. The receiver is also equipped with one or more keys or channels for receiving signals that are transmitted by the transmitter.

Proximity readers and switches:

The automation can be activated by using a proximity reader for the transponder cards or by means of a digital switch or a key.

Gear motors for gates:

The movement of the sliding gate automation is enabled with the help of the motor acting on the gate. It can be mounted externally or underground and can be double or single.

Sliding Gate

Know about the Control Units and Safety Devices:

Control units:

In order to control the motors, various electronics are present in the control unit. This unit is used for activation of the gate. There are various types of control units. They can be either sophisticated ones that contain advanced functions or can be extremely simple ones.

Safety devices:

There are two safety devices present in the installation of sliding gate automation. These are photocells and courtesy lamps and flashing lights. Photocells are detectors that sense a presence and enables detection of obstacles within the automation's radius of operation. When an obstacle is detected, a pulse is sent from photocell to the control unit, which results in the blocking of the movement of automation by using motors. Improved safety is guaranteed by these devices when compared to the manual gates.

The courtesy lamps and flashing lights are used for the indication of all movements of the automatic sliding gates, and also helps in increasing visibility for those situated in the area. Visit the link for more ideas or information about Sliding Gate Automation.

An echocardiogram is a test in which the human heart is examined using sound waves of a high frequency known as ultrasound technology. A cross section part of the heart in motion along with its chambers, major blood vessels exiting from the left and right ventricles and valves are displayed; also seen are factors such as the size of the heart chambers, the pumping functions, the valve functioning, the volume, the amount of fluid, presence of blood clots or tumors if any, within the heart, etc.

Thus echocardiography provides an action picture of the heart. Sound waves are sent through a device called the transducer through the human body, which return to the transducer as echoes after bounce off of the heart. These echoes transformed into images on a monitor in order to produce pictures of the heart. The echocardiography technology is either a one dimensional also known as “M-mode” echo cardiography wherein one beam of ultrasound is directed towards the heart to see only the left side or the primary pumping chamber of the heart or a two dimensional echo cardiography which provides a detailed picture of the heart.

Examination Tables

Also used is the Doppler echocardiography in order to measure the quantum of blood flowing via the arteries producing a pattern of blood flow within the heart.

No cut to the skin

One of the important aspect to be borne in mind is that modern technology does offer several advantages as compared to the ones that were in practise hitherto. Diagnosing with the assistance of echocardiography ensures that there are no cuts or injury to the skin or any part of the human body yet delivering the results being sought from the test. Zero injury also means zero care to the skin from fungal infections and the like. An echocardiogram report is merely a report which gives the status of the heart, the valves and other components within the heart such as the ventricles, etc. using sound waves at high frequency – known as ultrasound waves.

The echo test shows moving images and takes pictures of the condition of the heart of a patient. These reports help the specialist evaluate the health of the heart and recommend treatment if necessary. An echo cardiogram specialist first helps the patient lie down on an echocardiography table. Enough gel is applied over the chest area which makes sliding a microphone-like device over the chest easy. This procedure provides a live picture of the heart and valves. Radiation is not involved in heart ultrasound thus there is no risk.

Table used for echocardiography

The table on which the procedure of echocardiography is carried out is the echocardiography table. This table has been created keeping the sonographer technician in mind and it helps in providing an imaging experience which is free of barriers of whatsoever nature. As a result best quality images are achieved and there is no injury to the sonographer technician. To carry out an effective test it is necessary for the sonographer technician to have access to the patient from all the sides of the table.

The cardiac scanning cushion is dropped down and can be released from both the sides of the table resulting in zero protruding. This gives full open access to the left thorax part to the sonographer for a non-obstructed approach and imaging. The side rails can be flushed to the table and folded fully under the table such that there is nothing in the working path of the sonographer and thus eliminating all possible obstruction and also preventing any injury either to the muscles or other parts of the patient's body. The top part of the table is made keeping the comfort of the patient in mind and this houses anti-microbial and anti-bacterial covers, ensuring full health protection against all types of bacteria and also ensuring a nice smoother feel making it very comfortable for the patient.

Additional options such as the extendable scanning arm with ability to rotate up to 120 degrees and a soft head rest extension provides easy thyroid and artery access makes the Echocardiography table indeed unique. The weight carrying capacity of the table is up to 300 kgs and can lift very heavy patients too without any problems. The table is also equipped with fully adjustable heights for easy transfer to a wheelchair should the need arise. The sleek base design ensures obstruction-free compatibility with all ultra sound equipments and access to the sonographer.

Echocardiography tables

New Features

Other options such as the scissor movement for the legs that form part of the frame of the table are also available which are controlled by means of a motor which rises and falls in slow and steady motion in accordance to the height requirements of the sonographer and the patient alike; rising to help the sonographer attend to the patient and fall to help the patient out of the table bed after the test is completed. Adjustment to the upper torso could be done in several ways namely, manual, hydraulic or height adjustment using electrical appliance. Height adjustment ranges from 450 mm to 950 mm as per the requirement.

A sturdy frame manufactured with a dual box rectangle profile also helps avoid rocking movement or swinging of the table structure thus providing stability. Manual height adjustment is done with the help of a lever provided at one end of the table which could be pushed back after use so that it does not hinder the movement around the table. The Hydraulic movement is done using a foot pump located under the table on both sides of the table for ease of use by the sonographer. Electrical adjustment is controlled by ultra-silent motor and a hand switch which are adequately coated to guarantee maximum comfort for the user.

Hope you will get all the necessary information about echocardiography tables. Get in touch with us to get more information about examination tables.
